The Shure PG58-XLR dynamic vocal microphone is a classic microphone for everyday use and practice. Its legendary rugged design means it is built to withstand constant use and its internal shockmount reduces handling noise. A ‘pop’ filter minimises breathing sounds and wind noise. With a specially tailored frequency response, the Shure 58 is designed to accentuate the clarity of lead and back-up vocals and its cardioid polar pattern picks up sound from in front of the microphone and some sound from the sides. An on/off switch allows for on-stage control of the PG58. Cables and accessories are supplied with the Shure PG58 to enable users to plug in and play immediately.

Cardioid polar pattern picks up the most sound from in front of the microphone and some sound from the sides. Less susceptible to feedback in high volume settings.
Dynamic cartridge has a simple, rugged coil. Handles extreme volume levels without distortion.
Cartridge includes a neodymium magnet for high output level.
Internal shock mount for reduced handling noise.
Durable metal construction.
On/off switch for onstage control.
Hardened steel mesh ball grille that resists wear and abuse.
Integral "pop" filter reduces explosive breath sounds and wind noise.
