Even with the best will in the world some instruments may develop faults once you have received them. We endeavour to sort out all warranty issues as quickly and efficiently as possible.
All new instruments and some accessories carry a guarantee of at least 12-months. For details of how to return your instrument if you have a problem please see our Returns Procedures
The guarantee includes all manufacturing defects but does not include damage caused by misuse, unusual factors or wear and tear. The guarantee is also invalidated if the instrument has been worked on by another repairer without our prior permission.
