Larger and heavier items such as Digital Pianos need extra careful handling upon delivery. That's why we have chosen to use Arrow XL. This is a specialist 2 man delivery company with the expertise to ensure you are looked after every step of the way. As the UK's largest 2 man delivery service they have plenty of experience, delivering around 6,000 orders everyday - with that added personal touch.  

So How Does it Work?
Step 1: You place an order on our website.
Step 2: Arrow XL pick up the goods from our warehouse in Burton on Trent on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday. 
Step 3: Arrow XL will send a text message to arrange a convenient date and time to deliver your goods within 24 hours of pick up.
Step 4: From point of contact, the delivery will usually take place within 3-5 days (UK Mainland Only).
Step 5: On the day of delivery the driver will call you en route to confirm they are on their way and give an estimated time of arrival.

Step 6: The 2 man crew will deliver your goods to the room of your choice.

At each stage in the delivery process, Arrow XL will scan your parcel so that you are able to keep Track of your order. You can do this via the Arrow XL website using the unique tracking information provided. You will be reminded of when the delivery is due via SMS Text Message. The driver will also call you en route to confirm that they are on their way and give an estimated time of arrival.
