Returning Goods Ordered in Error/ No Longer Required

Goods ordered in error or no longer required can be returned for a credit/ refund within 14 days of receipt if they meet the following criteria:

  • -The goods must be in perfect working order and in the condition which they were originally supplied
  • -The goods must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging

Warranty Claims Procedure

A Warranty Claim is classed as a defect in the instrument that develops as a result of poor workmanship or a defect caused in the manufacturing process.

Warranty Issues Include:

    • -Lacquer bleeds
    • -Instruments not working on arrival
    • -Joints too tight on clarinets
    • -Keys not opening on arrival
    • -Valves stuck on arrival

Non-Warranty Procedure

Non-Warranty Issues Include:

Accidental Damage, Cosmetic Damage, General 'Wear and Tear', Most External Keyboard faults, Valves Stuck after playing, Keys loose / regulation issues.
