How to return Goods ordered in Error/ No Longer Required
Goods ordered in error, or no longer required can be returned for a credit/ refund within 14 days of receipt if they meet the following criteria:
-The goods must be in perfect working order and in the condition which they were originally supplied
-The goods must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging
How To Return Goods ordered in error, or no longer required
1- Package the goods up in their original packaging, exactly as supplied
2- Place the original packaging in a cardboard box and fill in with scrunched up newspaper or appropriate
3- Packing materials to protect the goods in transit back to us.
4- Print off our Goods Return Sheet (Click here to Download), filling in as much detail as you can, and put this inside the parcel.
5- Seal up your package and cover with a bin liner and tape up
6- Address the parcel to: Normans Musical Instruments,Third Avenue, Centrum 100, Burton Upon Trent, Staffordshire, DE14 2WD
7- Send the package to us by secure courier or parcel post
Please note: that we can arrange for our couriers to pick up your consignment at a cost of approximately £15.00, however, the bigger the parcel, the higher the collection charge may be. Please call to confirm prices or book a collection on 0845 688 0422
Once your goods have arrived back, we will inspect their condition and issue a refund as appropriate (please note that we do not refund postage). If goods are not returned in an acceptable condition, we will contact you to discuss the situation and a re-stocking fee may apply.
