Our Store

 

We have a large car park with spaces free for our visiting customers to use.

 

Our business hours are: Monday - Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm

 

Coming to try an instrument?

 

If you would like to come in and try a particular instrument, please make sure to contact us and check we have one available in our store for you.

 

Instrument Availability: Stock quantities displayed on our website, are an overall figure based on both of our large warehouses added together.

Our retail warehouse only has a small quantity of each instrument available to view and try. When visiting our store to sample an instrument, we can only allow up to 2 instruments per person (current stocks allowing).

 

Keyboards/Pianos: We carry a few Demonstration models in store. These can vary based on stock availability. contact us to check we have the one you want.

 

Travelling a long way?

If you're coming a long way to try a particular instrument we suggest you contact us a few days before you plan to visit - so we can make sure we've tested and reserved the instruments for you.

We can also make sure that a dedicated specialist will be available to advise you when you visit.

Please note our opening hours below, we recommend that you aim to arrive in good time to set up in the practice room, and give yourself time to relax and try the instrument comfortably.

Allow yourself at least 1 hour once here. We don't want your journey to be wasted and your visit to be rushed.

 

Saturdays: If you would like to come and try an instrument on a Saturday, we advise that you avoid 11am-3pm - this period tends to be our busiest on a Saturday.

However, if this doesn't suit, we will always do our best to accommodate you as best we possibly can.

 

Once you are here:

On arrival we’ll assign you one of our equipped practice studios, and let you play away on the instruments you're interested in. We have two private practice rooms, and a comfortable reception for your partner/family/friends to sit & wait whilst you shop. To help you evaluate your chosen instrument we advise that you bring your usual mouthpiece and/or reeds and bring some of your favourite sheet music to play. (We provide a music stand for you)

Your existing instrument is also useful for comparison.

 

 

Coming to buy an instrument?

 

If the item is showing low quantities in stock, we recommend that you contact us and place an order to reserve the item, before driving and collecting it.
