Are you a bargain hunter? I am majority of the time! Who wants to pay full price when you can get the same product for a much cheaper price. Majority of our clearance items are due to packaging, the instrument itself is absolutely fine and as new. The b-stock items include a few returns and some products have slight discrepancies or the odd scratch. Overall, we wouldn’t be selling it in our clearance section, if we didn’t think it was a sound instrument. They go through a pretty tough screening process!

It’s always worth a look in the clearance section. Generally there’s a wide range from ukuleles to a french horn and the odd keyboard! If you see something you’d like to purchase, be quick about it because the clearance section has a notoriously fast turn around in stock. It keeps us busy!

What Makes B-Stock Less Than A-Grade?

The long and short is whatever it says on the tin. On each B-Stock listing there is a brief description that explains why it has been consigned to our Clearance section. Do be aware that B-Stock items may have the original product description on the listing. As such it may be that some of the information conflicts with the reason given for being in Clearance. In such a situation go with the B-stock explanation. Any confusion give us a call.

What About My Warranty?

We are nice people – All the usual warranties we offer still apply on our B-Stock items. Including our 5 year warranty (for products over £150). If you buy a B-Stock item with a specified defect, (i.e. a keyboard on which a specific voice doesn’t work,) that defect isn’t covered. Everything else is. You can read more about what is covered by our 5 year warranty here.

What’s Your Returns Policy?

As with all of our items you have a 30 Return Period to get things resolved to your satisfaction, however clearance items are not included in our ‘Free Returns Policy’.

thankyou for sending the information on drum kits. I am thinking the
electronic drums would be most suitable but I see no prices. Please
let me know. is there anything in your B listing. I am a total novice and
some of the detail is beyond me. Do these sets come set up or
do we need to assemble ourselves Thankyou. Evelyn Sarangi
