The purchase of a wonderful new musical instrument is a serious investment. One to be taken seriously. If a musical career is imminent, or even a serious lifetime in amateur performance beckons, having a top-quality instrument will improve, develop and support you in your aspirations. These don’t come cheap! Have you heard about Divido?
In times of austerity and serious lack of interest on your hard-earned savings, one great solution offered by Normans Musical Instruments is our affiliated finance scheme Divido.
Now in my Northern upbringing, anything bought ‘on tick’ as it was known, was frowned upon! But times, and I’m glad to say abhorrent interest rates, have changed!
Divido are able to offer you interest free finance on orders over £450, meaning you can buy now and pay later! Now you can get the latest top-quality Trombone, Trumpet, Clarinet, Flute etc. and not feel the burden of paying all at once, or saving for months and finding it’s sold out! Our Divido finance scheme is online and instant, in most cases you’ll be told within seconds whether your application has been accepted or declined, meaning you can have your order processed the same day.
When you find the instrument of your dreams (mine’s a King Silversonic 3B!!) you can click in the small blue Divido box under the price. Here you can assess your plan, choosing the payment terms of either 0% over 6 or 12 months, or much longer monthly terms that you do pay (an amiable rate of) interest on. Use the slider to alter the amount of deposit you wish to pay, and your repayment terms and amounts are instantly displayed.
All of the information on how to purchase your beautiful new instrument can be found here.
Who is eligible?
To take advantage of these excellent finance terms, you must meet certain criteria;
- Be over 18 years old
- Be in employment of at least 16 hours per week
- Have 3 years of UK address history
- Promotional discounts cannot be used in conjunction with the finance scheme
- Instrument can only be delivered to the applicant at their billing/permanent address
What if my finance application is not accepted?
If your application for finance is not accepted by Divido, unfortunately there is nothing we can do. They are an independent financial company with their own criteria for applications. Occasionally Divido will pass on your application to a secondary lender (referral) who may be able to provide you with credit. You will be presented with new terms at this point and can proceed if you wish.
Financing purchases is the ideal way to have the instrument of your dreams immediately. If you were thinking of saving up for a year or two on a regular basis, why not simply take out the interest-free option and start your virtuoso performance now?!
