The instrument includes a reed and you blow into the mouthpiece to produce a sound. They're are many types of clarinets suitable for both beginner and the more advanced player.

The flute is a beautiful sounding instrument that is a woodwind instrument. My most woodwind instruments include reeds but the flute is different. It is known as a reedless wind instrument as it produces its sound when you blow across the opening and then the flow of air creates the sound.
