Dan is your man for anything education related. He fits perfectly into the role following being a teacher, which has given him a fantastic understanding of the requirements for music within schools. A guitarist with a wealth of musical knowledge. Any questions - Ask Dan! He's your man!

There's several ways to make ordering easy and hassle free. You can choose which method works for you! Ask for a quote, ask for a few samples, order online, drop Jack/Dan an email or give them a call. Don't need your order to be delivered just yet? We can store your order within our warehouse and dispatch for delivery when requested.

In most cases, we find that once a quote request is received it needs to be responded to quickly. Simple send your enquiries through to sales@normans.co.uk and we will ensure that you have all information from prices to lead times as soon as possible.

We understand that with so much choice available in today's market, sometimes you would like to physically see an instrument and probably play it before committing to a purchase.

You've ordered, and are excitedly awaiting your delivery. With a Normans Education Account you'll get free delivery no matter the value of your order (this does not include delivery of acoustic and grand pianos).
Delivery
- Free delivery on all orders (not including acoustic/grand pianos as these require bespoke quotation)
- Majority of 'in stock' items are delivered next day
- Stockpiling and multi-drop service available
There are times when dispatching the instruments immediately isn't appropriate. It may be that you need the order to be shipped altogether or at a later date. In this case, we can stockpile it for you and deliver when required.
