Northbound:
At the roundabout take the 3rd Exit onto Wellington Rd/A5121. Then at the next roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Centrum 100 Business Park. Then take the 1st exit on the next roundabout onto Third Avenue.

Southbound:
At the roundabout take the 1st Exit onto Wellington Rd/A5121. Then at the next roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Centrum 100 Business Park. Then take the 1st exit on the next roundabout onto Third Avenue.

By Train:
Burton Train station is around a 5 minute drive away. We would recommend getting a taxi from outside the train station.
