Ordering


Placing an order

Simply find the items you are looking for and add them to your basket. Once everything is in the basket that you would like to order, click the checkout now button and complete our 1 page checkout process.
After your order has been placed and the checkout has been completed, an order confirmation will be emailed to the email address provided. (This email address will also be used for your delivery updates).
Please check this carefully to make sure the delivery address and the order detail is correct. If you need to speak to somebody once the order confirmation has been received please Contact (click here) our Sales Team who will be on hand to help.

Changing your order

Once your order has been placed, we will only be able to make changes to it until the order has been picked. If your order has already been picked and packed and ready for dispatch, we will not be able to make changes to the order or the delivery address.

Cancelling your order

If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know us as soon as possible.  Once your order has been picked and packed and ready for dispatch, we may not be able to cancel this for you.  

UK Payment Methods

Credit and Debit Cards: We accept all major credit and debit cards including: MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron and Maestro. Please note we do not accept American Express.

PayPal: You can pay via PayPal when ordering online, or we can issue a PayPal invoice for orders over the phone or via email.

Amazon: We offer Amazon Payments. If you have an Amazon account, you can choose this method when ordering online.

Divido Finance: We offer interest free finance when your order totals over £450. You can choose this method online, via email, over the phone or in store. 

International Payments/Export Orders

For international orders, you can purchase items on our website, and pay using the standard methods as listed above.  
Alternatively, you can place an order by email or telephone and make payment by Credit/Debit card or Bank Transfer.  
We will email our International Bank Transfer Information (Swift/IBAN codes) to you, and once the payment has cleared, your goods will be dispatched.  
When you are making an International Bank Transfer – customers are accountable for paying any bank transfer fees (approx £8).  Please Contact us (click here) to inform us of your payment so that we can check for the money arriving in our bank.  

If you are placing an order for delivery to Norway, please provide your PID number as we are unable to clear your goods through customs without it. 

VAT (Sales Tax)

All our invoices automatically have UK Sales Tax (VAT) added.  However, for some overseas customers we can supply goods without VAT.  For Overseas customers outside the European Union all goods will be invoiced without VAT.  For Overseas customer inside the European Union all goods will be invoiced with VAT unless the customer can supply us with their VAT number.  Overseas Customers will be accountable for paying any local taxes or duties on importation of goods to their country.
