The Jupiter 4 valve Euphonium is a good step-up instrument. Although it is a non-compensating model it does offer the student an introduction to the fourth valve and it's benefits without the price tag generally attached to fully compensating models. Combined with Jupiter's excellent build quality this instrument is a good choice for the advancing student.
