Warranty Claims

A Warranty Claim is classed as a defect in the instrument that develops as a result of poor workmanship or a defect in the manufacturing process. Some warranty issues are as follows:

  • Lacquer bleeds
  • Instruments not working on arrival
  • Joints too tight on clarinets
  • Keys not opening on arrival
  • Valves stuck on arrival

If you believe your instrument to have a manufacturer defect, we will arrange to collect the instrument from an address and day convenient for you.

If however, when this is returned it is not found to be a manufacturer defect, we will charge £15.00 for the collection and re-delivery charges as well as the cost of the repair. All goods are assessed by our Technician.

If a manufacturer defect is found we will then liase with the manufacturers to resolve the problem as quickly as possible for you.

If you wish to return an instrument for an assessment by our technician, please contact our Customer Support Team to arrange a collection and obtain a Returns Reference Number.
