We work with Parcelforce as our partner for delivering the majority of our larger items.

Once your order has been processed and handed to Parcelforce we will email you to confirm it's on the way. From this point you should expect your parcel to arrive the next working day (Mon-Fri - excluding bank holidays). Please note that deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and UK Islands take 3-5 days to arrive. At every stage of the delivery process you will be kept fully informed by Parcelforce's tracking service.

To take advantage of Parcelforce tracking, please ensure that you provide a valid email address and mobile phone number when placing your order.

Fully Tracked
Each parcel sent with Parcelforce is fully tracked, so that you can check the progress of your items through to delivery.

Calling Cards
If you miss the delivery Parcelforce will leave a 'calling card' to let you know what will happen next. This may be:

  • Your parcel will be redelivered the next day.
  • Your parcel has been left with a neighbour.
  • Your parcel has been taken to your local Post Office branch.
  • Your parcel has been returned to our depot.
If you want to arrange for your parcel to be delivered to a different address then please note that Parcelforce are only allowed to deliver parcels to a different address after one attempt has been made to deliver to the address on the parcel. There may be a small charge and can take up to 3 days to redeliver to a different address. Please visit Parcelforce Redelivery to see if this can be arranged.

Tracking Your Order
Once your items have left our warehouse we will email you to confirm your parcel is on the way. You will then receive communication from Parcelforce with your tracking number and other information regarding your delivery. Simply go to the Parcelforce website to track your parcel.
