We work with DPD as our partner for delivering the majority of our larger items.

Once your order has been processed and handed to DPD we will email you to confirm it's on the way. You should expect your parcel to arrive the next working day (Mon-Fri - excluding bank holidays). Please note that deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and UK Islands take 2 days to arrive. At every stage of the delivery process you will be kept fully informed by DPD's award winning Predict service.

DPD have a unique interactive service that will keep you in the loop. 'Predict' tells you when your parcel is due to arrive with a one hour delivery window.

To take advantage of DPD's leading technology, please ensure that you provide a valid email address and mobile phone number when placing your order.

One Hour Delivery Window:
On the morning of your delivery you'll receive an SMS and email notifying you of a one hour delivery time slot. If you are not available then simply respond to the text or email to rearrange the delivery.

In-flight Options
DPD offer a range of options on the day of delivery and the night before, allowing you to take delivery of your items in a way that suits you. If you wish to reschedule, you can:

  • Select an alternative delivery date to a more convenient day
  • Opt for delivery to a nominated neighbour
  • Request to leave the parcel in a specified safe place
  • Collect the parcel from your local DPD Pickup Shop
Calling Cards
If you miss the delivery they will leave you a 'calling card' to arrange delivery for another day. They will automatically try to redeliver the next day but we do advise making contact to ensure the redelivery goes smoothly.

Tracking Your Order
Once your items have left our warehouse we will email you to confirm your parcel is on the way. You will then receive communication from DPD with your tracking number and other information regarding your delivery. Simply go to the DPD website to track your parcel.
