Royal Mail
Most of our smaller items are shipped via Royal Mail. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of the order being placed (excluding weekends) but you will receive an email from us as soon as your parcel is on the van.
Royal Mail Standard
All Royal Mail shipments are sent using their standard 48 hour service. You can expect your parcel to arrive within 2-3 working days (including Saturdays) from leaving our warehouse. (Remember - we will email you to confirm this).
Redelivery
Sometimes the Royal Mail are unable to deliver items if no one is in or the parcel too big for the letter box. A 'something for you' card will be left telling you where the goods are being held, allowing you to collect your parcel from the local delivery office at your convenience or arrange for a redelivery via the Royal Mail website. They will hold the item for 18 days before returning the item to us.
