The 3rd Avenue 3/4 Size Electric Guitar Pack is a complete beginner starter kit for players aged roughly 8–12, containing a 3/4 size electric guitar (available in eight colours), a rechargeable 5W Bluetooth amplifier, and every accessory needed to start playing on day one — bag, stand, strap, cable, capo, picks and spare strings.

Who is this guitar pack for?

The 3/4 size body suits children aged around 8–12, smaller-framed players and school music departments. The shorter 60cm scale length and slim neck make chords easier for smaller hands than a full-size electric. Adult beginners who want a compact, portable guitar also get on well with this size. Is a 3/4 size electric guitar right for my child?

A 3/4 size guitar generally suits children aged 8–12, depending on height and reach. It is the most common size for school lessons at Key Stage 2–3. Younger children (5–8) usually need a junior or 1/2 size; teenagers and adults are better with full size.

Should a beginner start on electric or acoustic guitar?

Can you practise quietly with this pack?

Yes — the amplifier has a headphone socket, so the guitar can be practised silently through headphones, which suits home practice and classrooms alike.

Does the amp need to be plugged in?

No. The 5W amp is rechargeable via USB-C, so it works anywhere without a mains socket, and its Bluetooth input lets learners play along with songs or backing tracks from a phone or tablet.
