So you’ve come to the time in your musical career and you’re looking for more from your instrument. I’ve written this blog to advise and help you get started when deciding what trumpet to look at.

So, as before you are presented with the balancing act of the three key points;

The Advanced Player

By this stage in your playing career you know what it is you like and what you want your instrument to do. You may even have a preferred brand or type of trumpet.

Here at Normans there are two key brands that we classify as ‘Advanced’; Yamaha which offers supperior quality, design and craftsmenship and Vincent Bach which also offers a wide variety of brass professional instruments and created tonal quality.

What You’re Paying For

Ultimately at this level you are buying quality no matter which brand or model you go for. It’s all about finding the right one for you. Without a doubt, if at all possible, it’s definitely worth trying before you buy, whether this is having a go on a mates or coming down to the shop.
